Adamite is found abundantly in Namibia and Mexico. Other than this, it is found in USA and Greece.

Metaphysical Properties
Adamite generally occurs in weathered or oxidized zone where zinc ores are also found beneath its deposits. Therefore, it is a mineral belonging to zinc arsenate hydroxide class.
The purest form of Adamite is colorless with no impurities but is rare in occurrence. The most abundant variant of Adamite is the pale yellow colored Adamite which has Fe or iron compounds mixed into it. Some of the specimens are also found with tints of green which are due to the presence of copper substitutes. There are one more species of Adamite that us found and is known as cupro adamite. Cuproadamite has considerable amounts of copper and zinc substitutes in it, which results in the occurrence of this crystal variety.
Adamite has a very poor hardness of 3.5 on the Moh’s scale of hardness.
